How does my referral link work?
Your link points to our website with your personal code added. When someone opens it, our website remembers the code on their device for 90 days and includes it with any enquiry they send us, so the customer is attributed to you.
What if someone contacts us without using my link?
They can quote your referral code when they get in touch or sign up. Each customer can be attributed to one partner only.
When do I earn a commission?
You earn a one-time commission when a customer you referred makes their first subscription payment. The commission terms are confirmed when your application is approved.
Do referral partners need to sell or support the product?
No. You introduce the organisation and our team handles the conversation, the sale and onboarding. You can follow the status of your referrals in the partner portal; for privacy, referred people’s details are partly hidden.
When are commissions paid?
Payout arrangements are explained with your partner terms on approval. The partner portal shows each commission’s status and your payout history.
How are applications reviewed?
Our team reads every application and may contact you to learn more. If your application is approved, we confirm your terms and email you a temporary password for the partner portal. Not every application is approved.
