How we deliver

A four-stage delivery framework

Clear milestones and regular reviews keep everyone aligned, from the first workshop to life after launch. Each stage is scaled to the size of your project.

  1. Phase 1 · Understand

    Discovery and scoping

Workshops with the people involved to understand goals, processes, data and constraints, and to agree what is in and out of scope.

    Deliverable: Scope, priorities and plan

  2. Phase 2 · Shape

    Design and prototype

Workflows, screens and data structures are designed and tested as a clickable prototype before significant build effort begins.

    Deliverable: Clickable prototype

  3. Phase 3 · Build

    Iterative build

Short build cycles, each ending with a demo, so you see working software regularly and can steer as priorities evolve.

    Deliverable: Working software, every cycle

  4. Phase 4 · Sustain

    Launch and support

Data migration, training and go-live, followed by the support and improvement arrangement agreed in your contract.

Deliverable: Live system and ongoing care

How do we start a project with Arya Systems?

Share a short description of what you need through the Start a project form or by email. We will arrange a conversation to understand your goals, then suggest next steps, which may be a discovery phase, a proposal or an honest recommendation to use an existing product.

How are cost and timeline decided?

After we understand the scope, we prepare a written proposal that sets out what will be delivered, milestones, commercial terms and target dates. We do not quote fixed figures before understanding the work.

Who owns the software you build for us?

Ownership, licensing and source code handover are agreed explicitly in the proposal and contract for each project, so the terms are clear before any work starts.

Do you support software after it goes live?

Yes. We offer ongoing support, maintenance and improvement. The scope of support and how requests are handled are defined in a support agreement rather than promised in general terms.

Can you work with our existing systems or another vendor’s code?

Usually, yes. We start by reviewing what exists, how it is documented and how it can be accessed. If something cannot be integrated or extended sensibly, we will say so and explain the alternatives.
