Hospital workflow
A typical patient journey in HealthPack. Every step adds to the same record, so nothing has to be re-entered.
The patient is registered, or found by their patient number, and added to the right clinic queue.
The doctor reviews the history, records findings and diagnoses, and places lab orders and prescriptions.
The laboratory processes samples and returns results; the pharmacy dispenses against the prescription.
If admission is needed, a bed is allocated and ward staff record care, tasks and medication.
Charges collected along the way form the bill and any insurance claim, and the patient leaves with a summary.
